Kylee Ryan – Associate Director & Wellness
Kylee is the Associate Director & Wellness Coordinator at Equinox Village. She attended Castleton State College and majored in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Medicine. Upon graduation in 1997, she worked at the Glens Falls Hospital’s Wellness Center in Glens Falls, NY as an Exercise Physiologist. She worked with all ages, particularly the elderly as well as cardiac rehab patients to help manage diseases and improve overall health. At the same time, Kylee taught kickboxing and core strengthening classes at New York Martial Arts Academy in Greenwich, NY.
Kylee relocated to Chittenden County in Vermont and went to work for Champlain Valley Area Health Education Center (AHEC) as the Program Coordinator for health care career education. There, Kylee created day-long and week-long programs for high school students to learn hands-on about the various health care careers and to help them find a career that would best suit them. She also created hands-on presentations and presented to hundreds of students in the classroom. Five years later, Kylee and her husband moved closer to their families to start their own family. With that move, in 2010 she began to work for Equinox Village. Now as a mom of two, she enjoys her job as the Activities and Wellness Coordinator. Kylee creates activities and events for the residents as well as helping residents through their changes in health; helping them to maintain their independence for as long as possible. In her spare time, Kylee loves to walk, run, exercise in general, spending time with her family, camping and being outside.
Jessica Dillon, Fitness Instructor
Jessica Dillon grew up in rural Canada loving dance and sports. She graduated with Honors in Dance from Toronto’s Ryerson University. A scholarship to the Alvin Ailey Dance School brought her to study dance in New York City. After finishing her training, she danced with independent dance companies both in New York City and Toronto. After a knee injury ended her professional dance career, she became certified as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). For eight years she worked with both seniors and youth, at the 92nd St. Y in NYC. During her years at the 92nd St. Y, Jessica also enjoyed working with the senior population at the 92nd St. Y Cardiac Rehabilitation Program. While living in New York, she completed the NYC Marathon, Philadelphia Marathon, Long Island Marathon and the Rhode Island Half Ironman.
Dineen Bills – Stylist
Out of high school Dineen attended college for Marketing and Finance Management but after 3 semesters, always knowing deep down that she wanted to attend cosmetology school; she changed her path. She attended Whitman’s Academy of Hair Design for cosmetology training and was grateful to have had the excellent teachers and the level of education she received before diving into the real world. Dineen wanted to expand her color theory knowledge and went on to attend the New York Colorist Theory School to become a licensed colorist. Dineen ended up winning a color and cut competition in NYC.
Dineen received cosmetology experience at three uniquely different salons before she decided to become a salon business owner. She was the sole proprietor of Innovate Images, located in Bennington, VT, for 10 years. Wanting to relieve some of the stress of being a sole business owner, Dineen decided to go into a joint venture. Dineen is the co-owner of the Village Salon, also located in Bennington, VT. She is happy to be part of the 12 year business partnership.
Dineen currently splits her time between Equinox Village and the Village Salon. While Dineen works primarily on residents at Equinox Village, she welcomes appointments from the outside community.
Dineen lives in Wardsboro, VT with her husband and three children. She enjoys working with people and making them feel great about their appearance by doing their hair, color and nails.

Meghann Cancio-Bello – Chair Yoga
Meghann is native Vermonter and currently lives in Pawlet, Vermont with her husband and two children. She began her Yoga practice in 2000 and decided to become a certified instructor in 2011. Over the years she has taught a variety of Yoga styles, and to a variety of ages. She considers teaching chair Yoga to seniors, a real honor, and it has become her main focus in the area of yoga. Apart from being a Yoga teacher, Meghann loves to garden, swim, and make art.
Alex Hansen – Personal Trainer
Alex has spent the past 10 years passionately involved in fitness, nutrition and bodybuilding. Most recently, his major focus has been on posture, stability and balance.
Alex’s passion stems from participating in sports during high school while trying to maximize his playing on the football field. His hard work paid off and Alex became a New York All-State Running Back during his senior year. When his football season ended, his love of fitness and health continued to grow.
Alex became interested in bodybuilding and began to work toward a new goal. He placed top 5 in multiple shows which helped him to become highly educated in body transformation. Along with his bodybuilding, he grew his philosophy of optimization. This growth meant bringing in new techniques with an open mind, so that he could constantly improve the fitness plans for him and his clients. Alex’s vast knowledge of training methods, continued studies and firsthand experience helps him to provide the best custom fitness and nutrition program for the client, no matter where their starting point may be.
Alex is an ASFA (American Sports and Fitness Association) Master Personal Trainer with an Associate degree in Physical Education. He is also CPR and AED certified.
Cindy Kirby Reilly, L.A.c, Dip1.A.c, M.Ed
Cindy was first introduced to Chinese Medicine in 1988 while studying in China at Nanjing University. She observed firsthand acupuncture and herbal medicine being used successfully in conjunction with Western medicine, and later came across James Reston’s account of his treatment of appendicitis while with Nixon on his famous China visit. This struck a personal chord and further inspired her interest.
After graduating from Trinity College in Hartford, CT, she worked at The Asia Society, Southern California Center and then at Harvard Project Zero, at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Earning a Master’s in Education from Lesley University, Cindy taught the fourth grade north of Boston and later earned her certification as a Kripalu yoga instructor, teaching classes for both children and adults. She graduated from The New England School of Acupuncture in Watertown, MA in 2007. Cindy focused her study on Chinese acupuncture and herbal medicine.

Christine Uchida, PTA MCMT
Christine is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, she holds a Mastery Certification in Manual Therapy and is a certified Personal Trainer. Christine teaches the weekly GetBalance class and individual fitness sessions at Equinox Village and privately in the area. She works as a Physical Therapist at Prospect Rehabilitation in Manchester and teaches the GetMovingFitness classes in South Londonderry.
Formerly a professional dancer, Christine was a member of the Joffrey Ballet and Twyla Tharp Dance Companies and has taught master classes and dance workshops internationally. Currently a black belt in the Kroro Ken style of martial arts, Christine applies her knowledge from the dance, martial arts and allied health worlds to achieve maximum results for her clients.
