Jessica Dillon leads this class. A beginner/low intensity class runs from 10 - 10:40 a.m. And, a second class that is slightly elevated in intensity runs from 10:40 - 11:20 a.m. Class is done to music. Jessica is full of energy, so this is a fun class! This is for residents only.

This seated, stretching and breathing class is for residents and the public. The purpose is to improve mobility and flexibility all while decreasing stress. The instructors are Meg Cancio-Bello, alternating the weeks that they instruct. This is free for Equinox Village residents and there is a $10/class fee for the public. This is an informal discussion group that meets two to four times a month on a weekly basis. The schedule is based on the availability of John "Chris" Graf, the facilitator. Any Equinox Village resident interested in talking about what's happening today as well as in the past is welcome to attend. "Chris" has a wealth of history knowledge having been a history teacher in the public school system for a number of years.
