This group is for residents (and some from the outside community) that are the primary caregiver for a loved one. This is a confidential meeting where members share struggles, suggestions and more. It's also an hour for the caregiver to do something for themselves.

Jessica Dillon leads this class. A beginner/low intensity class runs from 10 - 10:40 a.m. And, a second class that is slightly elevated in intensity runs from 10:40 - 11:20 a.m. Class is done to music. Jessica is full of energy, so this is a fun class! This is for residents only.

This is a seated yoga class that focuses on stretch and breathing. It is a great class for awakening muscles, improving balance, flexibility and breath control. And, a great stress reducer. The public is invited to register for this class, led by Meghann Cancio-Bello (after the COVID Pandemic).

Each month we feature a new local artist. The reception is typically held the third Thursday of the month from 5:30 - 7 p.m. with refreshments, the artist him/herself and sometimes live music.
