At Equinox Village we make it easy to get the help you need by coordinating everything through our front desk.
The friendly and helpful front desk attendant is available in person or by phone from 8 am – 6 pm daily. At the desk, residents may:
- Arrange newspaper and package deliveries
- Make dinner reservations
- Order meals for pick up or delivery
- Request information about area attractions
- Submit maintenance and housekeeping requests
- Arrange transportation
- Request event information
- Get information about on-site services including hair styling, massages, manicures and pedicures.
- Buy stamps
- Make copies and send faxes
- Individual requests
We take pride in meeting your requests. From reserving a book at the local library to looking up driving directions, we do our best to accommodate your anticipated – and even unanticipated needs!
Trusted evening and overnight staff are also on duty and available to assist residents in their apartments with non-medical tasks.
