Stretch & Strength Class w/ Lisa May

Lisa May, Fitness Practitioner and Personal Fitness and Aerobics Instructor, leads this 50-minute class that consists of strength training, stretching and balance exercises. This is suitable for all fitness levels. This is open to residents and the public on Fridays. The cost is $7 per class.
