Stretch & Strength with Lisa May

10 a.m. Fridays
Lisa May is certified specifically in senior exercise (and many other disciplines) through the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America. This class focuses on strengthening and stretching with what the senior population most needs, as well as deep breathing. It runs for 45-minutes. This is open to Residents Only on Mondays and Wednesdays (at no cost). It is open to residents and the public on Fridays and the cost is $5 per session.
