Lisa May, Fitness Practitioner and Personal Fitness and Aerobics Instructor, leads this 50-minute class that consists of strength training, stretching and balance exercises. Wednesday’s class is for residents ONLY. Friday’s class is open to the public with prior registration/approval from Lisa May.
