An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Thursday, repeating until January 6, 2022
This is a seated yoga class that focuses on stretch and breathing. It is a great class for awakening muscles, improving balance, flexibility and breath control. And, a great stress reducer. The public is invited to register for this class, led by Meghann Cancio-Bello (after the COVID Pandemic).
