The Equinox Village staff takes pride in caring for the building and grounds. Residents receive all of the benefits of a well-maintained home without the investment in time and energy.

• Weekly housekeeping
• Twice-yearly inside-and-out window washing
• Landscaping
• Snow plowing
• All repairs to apartment and appliances

Optional maintenance services include:

• Additional housekeeping services
• Carpet cleaning
• Laundry
• Dry cleaning
• Grocery shopping
• Help moving furniture, decorations, or seasonal clothing
• Patio shoveling
• Repairs to personal property
• Furniture assembly

Big or small, if there’s a job to do, the maintenance and housekeeping staff members are ready to take it on. All residents have to do is ask.
