Freedom from landscaping, home repairs, and housework is a major reason many residents choose to live in a retirement community. The Equinox Village staff takes pride in caring for the building and grounds. Residents receive all of the benefits of a well-maintained home without the investment in time and energy.
The following maintenance services are included:
- Weekly housekeeping
- Twice-yearly inside-and-out window washing
- Landscaping
- Snow plowing
- All repairs to apartment and appliances
Optional maintenance services include:
- Additional housekeeping services
- Carpet cleaning
- Laundry
- Dry cleaning
- Grocery shopping
- Help moving furniture, decorations, or seasonal clothing
- Patio shoveling
- Repairs to personal property
- Furniture assembly
Big or small, if there’s a job to do, the maintenance and housekeeping staff members are ready to take it on. All residents have to do is ask.
