Equinox Village offers a maintenance-free, virtually all-inclusive living experience. This means that residents enjoy stable, predictable expenses. They don’t have to worry budgeting for the next costly repair or other financial surprise. Regular bills are covered by a single monthly payment.

The entry fees for Equinox Village range from $165,000 to $360,000 for two-bedroom designs. At such a time a resident vacates his or her apartment, Equinox Village will refund between 50 and 90 percent of the entry fee, depending on the agreement. Payment of the refund is made when new residents move into the apartment.

Residents pay a monthly maintenance fee between $2,538 and $2,814 per month depending on apartment size. A second resident is asked to pay an additional $662 per month.

• Utilities (excluding telephone and Internet services)
• Dining services (One meal per day)
• Social, cultural, recreational, and educational events
• Wellness coordination and education services
• LifeLine service
• Weekly housekeeping services
• Maintenance services
• Scheduled transportation to local destinations

Prospective residents who decide to reside at Equinox Village are asked to place a deposit equal to 10 percent of the entry fee to reserve the apartment of their choice. The deposit is applied to the entry fee when the resident moves to Equinox Village.
