From the South (Bennington, VT):
Take Route 7 North through Bennington. Get off at the Arlington/Manchester Village Exit 3. Turn left off the
ramp and proceed until you come to a T at Route 7A. Turn right onto Historic 7A North. You will go through Arlington and then the village of Manchester, passing the Equinox Hotel on your left. Continue down Route 7A and at the rotary take a right onto Equinox Terrace. Turn Right onto Maple St and Equinox Village is on your left.

Alternate route from the South:
Take Route 7 for 21 miles to Exit 4 – Manchester Center. At the bottom of the exit turn left onto Route 11. Go straight through Manchester to the second (blinking) light which is intersection with Historic Route 7A (Hand Motors will be right in front of you). Turn left onto Historic 7. Follow directions from the North (below) from here.*

For the North (Rutland, Middlebury, Burlington):
Take Route 7 South. Just past East Dorset, yield right onto Route 7A. Take 7A through Manchester, past Northshire Bookstore at blinking yellow light* continue straight by outlets and circle the rotary to Equinox Terrace (on the left of the rotary. Turn Right onto Maple St and Equinox Village is on your left.

From the East (Brattleboro):
Take route 11/30 into Manchester. Turn left at blinking yellow light (T) in center of town onto Route 7A (Hand Motors will be in front of you). Continue straight by outlets and circle the rotary to Equinox Terrace (on the left of the rotary. Turn Right onto Maple St and Equinox Village is on your left.

From Albany Airport:
When you leave the airport, travel east toward Interstate 87. After the traffic light you will go under the highway. Take a left-hand turn on to Int. 87 traveling north. Go to the second exit – EXIT 7 –, which is marked Troy, NY, 7 East. Stay on this road which crosses over the Hudson River. Once over the river stay in left land and stay there until the signal at Hoosic Street. Watch the traffic. The middle lane will become the right land. Go up the hill in the right lane. At the top of the hill the right lane disappears so merge left at the curve at the top of the hill.

Travel east approximately 45 minutes on New York Route 7 to Bennington. As you come into Bennington the road makes a sharp left turn in front of a large white church. The road signs will read “East 9 (VT) to 7 (this is because NY 7 becomes Route 9 to North 7 (Washington Ave.). Turn left here and proceed to the third stop sign. This is Junction 7. Turn left onto Route 7, to straight through intersection with traffic lights, and follow signs “North to 7 and right that brings you to a major highway. Follow directions from the South (Bennington) as above.
